My brother studied languages at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in California. The pace of study was intense. Students had to master the language course in 36-64 weeks. Psychologically it was very difficult, but fortunately he was helped by Yuriy Ivantsiv’s book “Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages”. The book ” Polyglot Notes” became a desk book for my brother, because it has answers to all the problems that any student of a foreign language has to face. Thanks to the author of the channel for this interesting video! Good luck to everyone who studies a foreign language and wants to realize their full potential!
I’m 29 yrs old but feels like I’m a first grader who’s having much fun while learning new things from my enthusiastic teacher! Thanks Risa-san
this video makes my head go dondondondondondondon, but most that spills out is nonsense ?

@Rence Ilaya I’m 31, and most people think I’m 21 too.
@Rence Ilaya My whole point is that you’re not old.
Never seen this type of energy in any sensei.

@Jecob Reza sad
Thanks for being such a great teacher! Your enthusiasm makes it so much more fun learning Japanese (been learning off and on now for a year using Duolingo) but now I think I have the motivation to finally get it under my belt!

❤ I agreed
Is incredible how change her voice when she change the idiom to speak. ❤️
The way Risa san is teaching is really fun and of course educational too , Her pronunciation is perfect , easy to hear . Thank you Risa san .
This is so fun, entertaining and great teaching style. I can only image those working there with you that can’t stop lol. Is like watching a stand up comedian teaching a language. 10 out of 10. ?
I’m so glad that I have ADHD hyper brain, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to break up the words ?
Wow, I thought I had picked up SO much from tv shows and music
I was wrong ? My Japanese is so bad. I have a lot to learn, wow. This is a great video though, very well done. Thank you for this!
I have some of the accent and pronunciation down, but I can’t string new words together very well at all! I feel stupid. It’s kind of a good feeling. I want to learn again.
I think Risa is the most adorable and energetic person i ever seen on YouTube. Makes learning Japanese so entertaining 🙂
@Code Attack What does that mean?
@Zengrath it means the first graders making videos on youtube kids with adhhhhd are sad that they have been out energized
I COMPLETELY AGREE ?…. learning had never been this much fun and so pleasant… makes me happy to learn.
*sad energetic first grader youtube kid noises*
WOW! Hontoni arigato gozaimasu! Thank you so much for posting this Risa! Honestly! Really! This is exactly what I have been looking for so I don’t feel like a complete hindrance when I travel to Japan. The worst part is when I look Japanese and surprise the locals because I am not and I don’t know the language.
Thank you very much for all these very awesome lessons!
Im just curious. Does having desu at the end of a sentence usually mean someone is being mentioned in the sentence, usually being the speaker?
I learned here what I didn’t in my whole japanese study. Great teacher! ?
I feel motivated to learn the Japanese language with a teacher like her energetic happy and pretty
I like japanes
I love Japanese so I am learning the living language on my own so it was a great relief for me to teach you the living language??
I just love her energy!❤️ Wished some of my teachers in high school had this zeal for teaching ?
Thanks Riss….after learning Japanese when I was 20 and forgetting so much because I didn’t use it here in Pennsylvania, you have brought so much back to me. It’s great knowing and learning more. The second language here is Spanish. Speaking Japanese sets me apart from everyone else.
Risa, you are a treasure ! Hope you never stop teaching !!
This class really helped me. Waiting for more classes
